Turn the air conditioning off when you're not home (ceiling fans & dehumidifiers may be left on).

Only park in the three spots designated for Casa Rubia, Unit 205. Two are directly in front of Casa Rubia, and the 3rd is in front of 306.

If anything is missing or damaged, you will be charged.

Please be respectful with the noise level - the unit is attached on both sides.

Follow the checkout list before checking-out of the unit.
